First Implantation of Tubridge™ Completed in Brazil by MicroPort NeuroTech

Brasilia, Brazil - Recently, MicroPort NeuroTech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of MicroPort NeuroTech Limited (02172.HK, hereinafter referred to as “MicroPort NeuroTech”), announced the first implantation of its Tubridge™ Flow Diverter (“Tubridge™”) in Brazil. The operation was performed under the remote guidance of Prof. Jianmin Liu from Shanghai Changhai Hospital, and led by Dr. Bruno Parente of Hospital Brasilia. The operators were deeply impressed by immediate flow diverting of Tubridge™. Tubridge™ has hit numerous “First” records, from medical research to clinical application. And Tubridge™, the first flow diverter product of MicroPort NeuroTech to go global, has seen multiple commercial implants in Argentina in the early stages. The first commercial implantation of the Tubridge™ in Brazil will open up new horizons for its expansion into overseas markets.
